Q: How to purchase my order?

A: Contact one of our agents here and they will assist you shortly.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: All orders should take around 1-7 working days from the estimated date of shipment given.

    This excludes weekends & public holidays.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong order?

A: We’re so sorry about that! Please drop an email to wineplug.service@gmail.com or contact the       handling agent and we’ll look into it for you.

Q: I’ve changed my mind and would like to cancel the order.

A: Refunds are applicable if the shipment has not been made. However, if the shipment has been       made, the customer is required to return the products in order for the refund process to begin.

Q: I was not satisfied with my servicing agent’s performance.

A: We’re so sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email at wineplug.service@gmail.com or simply         contact another agent here to uphold services.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

A: At the moment, we only accept online banking. We're working on bringing more payment              options to you in the future!

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: Delivery fees vary based on orders. However, if you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery based on the region to which delivery will be made.

Q: Can you deliver on-demand deliveries with same-day? 

A: Totally! We are on-demand express delivery that operates within Klang Valley only with a nominal fee of RM 15 for orders below

     3 bottles. 

Q: How do I track my package?

A: Upon shipment, you'll receive tracking numbers from respective agents for further details on           the whereabouts of your wines!

Q: Where can I perform self-collect?

A: Self-collect services are available in Subang Jaya, Cheras, and Puchong only. Please contact us       at wineplug.service@gmail.com or liaise with your service agent to obtain self-collect location         and timing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the services for now. However, we are working to further develop this service and bring our products and services internationally.

A: We are able to import requested wines based on a minimum order of 14,000 bottles.

A: Yes! We have been captured by the richness of international wine cultures, stories, legends,           and communities, which had kept us growing ever since.

A: Our mission is to become the largest wine retailer in Malaysia with no physical retail store               assets.

A: Our vision is to become an information and education focal point for all Malaysians to deeper         their knowledge into the world of wine

A: Currently, the younger generation is developing our future, and our part as a community is to         invest in Malaysia’s millennials by providing jobs, increase knowledge quality on wines, and             develop a healthy wine community for the young adult generation.
